£40,000 OTE - Basic salary up to £30,000, plus up to £10,000 commission per annum, paid quarterly (subject to performance to agreed targets)

What You'll Do
* Manage viewings, open days and handovers
* Prepare completion packs and support customers through each stage
* Track sales progress, meet targets and reduce financial risk
* Produce price lists, rent/service charge calculations and sales reports
* Liaise with Homebuy Agents, local authorities, mortgage advisors and internal teams
* Support buyers with Shared Ownership and affordable housing schemes
What We're Looking For
1. Experience in property sales, lettings, or housing management
