This is a key leadership role, responsible for driving best-in-class Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality standards across the business. Salary: Up to 70K Sector: Building Services/Electrical You will; Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of SHEQ policies, procedures, and systems. Act as the primary point of contact for clients on all Health & Safety matters. Provide expert advice and guidance to senior management, line managers, and site supervisors, particularly around lone working and electrical safety. Create, review, and issue Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS). Lead and manage incident and accident investigations, ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory timelines. Deliver and oversee Health & Safety training, inductions, toolbox talks, and emergency preparedness. Conduct and manage internal audits, inspections, and corrective action plans. Ensure compliance across fleet safety, tools, PPE, and road safety, working closely with operational teams. Manage SHEQ reporting (daily, weekly, monthly) for both internal and client requirements. Support disciplinary processes, return-to-work interviews, and wellbeing initiatives in collaboration with HR. Liaise with HSENI and HSA, including statutory reporting and investigations. The Person Experience in a senior SHEQ role with knowledge of Electrical/Building Services. Proven ability to operate confidently in client-facing and site-based environments. Excellent communication skills with the confidence to challenge unsafe behaviours and influence change. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously. Essential Criteria NEBOSH and/or IOSH qualification. Driving license. Experience working within electrical, utilities, infrastructure, or building services sectors.
