We’re now looking for a Quality Systems Co-ordinator to join our dedicated team at our Cannington site, supporting the Quality Manager in maintaining and enhancing our quality management systems.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Supporting the maintenance and continual improvement of site Quality Systems (QMS)
* Assisting with internal and external audits (e.g. BRCGS, customer, and regulatory bodies)
* Coordinating document control, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
* Reinforcing site HACCP and food safety plans in collaboration with technical and operations teams
* Helping to ensure all systems align with food safety legislation and customer requirements
* Establishing training, communication, and implementation of quality procedures across site teams
Internal audit training is a mandatory requirement for this role, as you will play an active part in the site’s internal audit programme. You’ll also support the Quality Manager in the day-to-day running of quality systems and processes, helping to monitor and report on site quality KPIs and ensuring continuous improvement is embedded across the business.

Sounds interesting, what do I need?
Essential:
* Science based degree or demonstrable / relevant food industry experience
* HACCP level 3
* Food Safety Level 3
* Good understanding of food processing parameters and controls
* Internal audit qualification and worked experience
* A passion for data & competent in Microsoft tools
* Competent and confident trending data and producing KPI’s.
