Description
Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
Assist with payment runs and ensure compliance with company policies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts payable transactions.
Collaborate with internal departments to address and resolve invoice queries.
Support month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
Monitor and respond to vendor communications effectively.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the AP function.Profile
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
Previous experience in an accounts payable or similar role within the accounting & finance field.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Good proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Problem-solving skills to address invoice discrepancies efficiently.
Knowledge of accounts payable processes and best practices.Job Offer
