The Role As Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of Novo Consultants’ finance function, ensuring accurate reporting, forecasting, and financial control. You will play a key role in supporting the business and providing clear financial insight to the leadership team. Key Responsibilities * Manage and approve staff and consultant timesheets, ensuring timely and accurate completion * Review, approve, and reconcile staff expenses * Raise and submit client invoices and expenses using authorised WeWorked data * Undertake credit checks for all new clients and commissions to minimise financial risk * Address and resolve client invoice queries promptly and professionally * Maintain an accurate rolling 3-month cash flow forecast, updated with live data * Manage debtor accounts and follow established procedures for outstanding payments * Complete weekly bank reconciliations in Xero and request required information from team members * Prepare and manage monthly management accounts and report at monthly board meetings * Manage supplier payments, ensu...
