Early Years Level 3 Practitioner – MOD Schools, Cyprus

About the Role
We are currently recruiting passionate and dedicated Early Years Level 3 Practitioners to support Ministry of Defence (MOD) Schools across Cyprus. This is a unique opportunity to work overseas, supporting the children of service personnel in high-quality Early Years settings that follow a UK-based curriculum.
Depending on your experience, we can offer flexible contracts ranging from short-term cover to longer-term placements.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality Early Years education in line with EYFS standards.
* Create safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environments.
* Support children’s development through planned and child-initiated activities.
* Work collaboratively with teaching staff, parents, and the wider school community.
* Maintain safeguarding and welfare standards at all times.
Requirements
* Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (or equivalent).
* Previous experience working within an Early Years setting.
* Strong knowledge of EYFS framework and child development.
* Ability to adapt to new environments and work effectively as part of a team.
* Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (mandatory).
* Flexibility to work overseas for the duration of the assignment.
