Our client a leading regional Accountancy Practice is looking for a Payroll Executive to play a crucial role in the payroll team, responsible for processing end-to-end payrolls and ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every step.
Working closely with clients you will:
1. Ensure seamless flow and maintenance of employee data, fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
2. Manage the entire payroll process from start to finish, including RTI filing, pension uploads, and generating reports for payments and third-party entities
3. Maintain meticulous records and a robust document control system, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a full audit trail of input.
4. Stay up-to-date with company policies and tax legislation impacting payroll, ensuring adherence and compliance at all times.
5. Prepare month-end journals and reports as needed for posting and audit purposes, contributing to the overall financial health of the organisation.
Ideally you will have experience in payroll administration within a Practice environment, however they're open to candidates from various industries.
Strong computer literacy and numerical skills, with experience using payroll software – familiarity with BrightPay is a plus.
