Deputy Hotel Manager (48 hours) - Marlborough - Premier Inn

As Deputy Hotel Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in the management team, taking the business to the next level. Reporting directly to the Hotel Manager, you’ll lead from the front, ensuring the successful daily running of the site. You’ll display a passion for leading, motivating, and developing high-performing, competent, and motivated teams, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and making us the most loved hotel brand. We aim to develop your skills to become the next generation of Hotel Managers within Premier Inn.
Ideally, you will have management experience from hospitality, leisure, retail, or similar backgrounds driven by guest service and business results. Experience in F&B or food services is desirable. With a passion for setting high standards and driving results, you’ll:
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the site, empowering and developing our people to be the best and deliver excellence, making the most of your resources and growing talent.
* Drive commercial best practices, maximise revenue opportunities, and work with the Hotel Manager to manage controllable costs and labour.
* Oversee all business areas with attention to detail. Ensure brand standards are consistently met while utilising guest feedback to improve performance against KPIs.
* Support the Hotel Manager in delivering the site’s business plan, contributing to the bigger picture.
* Demonstrate knowledge of health and safety compliance and manage all audit processes to high standards.
* Be adaptable in your thinking and manage your time effectively to meet business needs.
