Key responsibilities
* Administration of a range of entities across various corporate vehicles, investment holding companies & fund structuring entities
* Coordinate all aspects of company secretarial matters
* Coordinate & review the work of more junior team members
* Prepare the appropriate documents for incorporation of companies
* Assist with obtaining CDD on shareholders & maintain the register
* Maintain accurate records for each entity
* Liaise with notary offices, banks, and regulatory & tax authorities
* Prepare manual & electronic payment instructions
* Assist with the audit of corporate entities
Skills, knowledge, expertise
* Expected to be qualified or studying towards a relevant professional qualification
* Sound technical financial services knowledge
* Strong knowledge of company & partnership laws & an understanding of trusts would be beneficial
