Pension Review Support Analyst
Location: Altrincham
Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 Benefits Study Support
Full-Time | Permanent | Office-Based with Hybrid Flexibility
NJR Recruitment is delighted to be representing a respected financial planning business in their search for a highly organised and detail-oriented Support Analyst to join their Pension Review Team. Key Responsibilities
* Prepare review valuation packs for client meetings
* Generate fund fact sheets, graphs, and analysis using FE Analytics
* Record clients’ attitude to risk and produce reports via Defaqto
* Liaise with clients via phone, email, and written communication
* Check and update review fact finds for accuracy and completeness
* Process fund switches and portfolio updates in line with adviser recommendations
* Maintain accurate records and securely manage client documentation
* Assist advisers with fact find input and data collection
* Produce professional review letter suitability reports
* Manage workflows through the back-office system
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in a Paraplanner, Pension Review Analyst or financial services support role
* Strong IT skills, with knowledge of financial platforms and providers (Aegon, Quilter, Royal London, Aviva, LV etc.)
* Experience using back-office systems (Finplan desirable)
* Proficiency with Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom
* Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work under pressure
* Proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering outstanding client service
