Responsibilities
* Review weekly production requirements and schedule production effectively to meet customer demand and service level targets.
* Monitor daily adherence to the production plan, adjusting priorities where required to ensure uninterrupted supply.
* Collaborate closely with the Customer Care team to proactively resolve any supply-related issues.
* Coordinate and process special delivery or concession requests, ensuring all relevant documentation is accurately completed.
* Record and report on plan change costs, providing clear and timely insights to support decision-making.
* Integrate trial production runs into the weekly planning schedule with minimal disruption to regular operations.
* Maintain and update open process orders and shipping master data accurately within the SAP system.
* Partner with the call-off team to ensure materials are available daily to support production plans.
* Prepare and maintain weekly KPI reports, highlighting performance and areas for improvement.
* Support daily transport planning activities, providing cover and assistance as required.
* Create delivery orders in SAP and liaise with approved logistics partners to guarantee on-time delivery to customer sites.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in supply chain planning or a related role within manufacturing or FMCG.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Proficiency with ERP / MRP systems.
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
