Fast becoming one of the largest Agencies, providing high levels of customer service to all of their clients. They are seeking a Lettings / Property Manager to join the successful team. The Right role: Manage the full lettings process from property listing, tenant sourcing, referencing, and tenancy agreements through to move-in. Ensure properties meet all legal safety requirements (e.g. gas safety, EPC, EICR). Handle renewals, rent reviews, and terminations. Resolve tenant and landlord queries promptly and professionally. Property Management The Right Fit: Previous experience in a Property Environment is essential for this role. Clean UK driving licence and access to a car Excellent communication skills both verbally & written Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office programs and general use Third level qualification or equivalent in Property / Building Surveying Previous experience in a Lettings Management role.
