Senior National Account Manager
As Senior National Account Manager at DIRTEA, you are responsible for leading and executing the brand’s retail and wholesale growth strategy. Reporting to the Head of Off Trade, you own the commercial plan across major UK grocers, wholesale partners, and international distributors—driving revenue, visibility, and rate of sale in high-impact retail environments.
You will be expected to grow our existing account base while securing new listings, launching new product ranges, and unlocking promotional and in-store opportunities that fuel DIRTEA’s expansion into mass retail. This role requires a high level of commercial acumen, buyer relationship experience, and FMCG sales execution. You are expected to actively own revenue targets, retail negotiations, trade presentations, and retail forecasting with precision.
This role is office based.
Account Management
Day-to-day management of major national retail accounts (e.Lead all promotional planning, marketing activities, and performance reporting
Ensure retailer marketing activity is fully aligned with brand strategies
Work closely with the Head of Off-Trade & Finance Director to support and drive new business wins
Develop new opportunities in contract catering and travel sectors
Manage outreach and negotiation from first contact to listing
Brief creative agencies to develop high-impact, on-brand materials
Represent the brand at key trade shows and build relationships with industry stakeholders
A strong commercial leader with full P&L management experience
A proven track record of winning and growing national retail accounts
Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
Experience in an FMCG start-up, challenger brand, or fast-growth environment is highly desirable
