About The Role
We are looking for Life Practitioners to join our team at Tigh Lenach in Croydon.
We seek a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Life Practitioner to support individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. Your role will involve assisting them in daily activities and accompanying them on community outings to promote independence.
We provide a company vehicle for transportation to community activities such as shopping, meals, appointments, and outings. To drive the company vehicle, you must have held a full UK driver's license or have been driving in the UK for 2 years or more.
