About the Role: As an SEN Teacher, you will be teaching children with a range of special educational needs such as autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and other learning challenges. Your lessons will be tailored to each pupil’s individual needs and will help them grow in both confidence and ability. Your Role Will Include: Plan and deliver lessons based on each pupil’s individual needs. Create a safe and supportive classroom environment. Work closely with teaching assistants and SENCOs. Support pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development. Keep accurate records of progress and communicate with families. Use behaviour management strategies to support positive learning. Job Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential. Experience working with children with special educational needs. Good understanding of SEN strategies and planning. Patience, flexibility, and strong communication skills.
