What You'll Be Doing
* Providing personal care and practical support tailored to individual needs
* Encouraging independence and emotional wellbeing
* Supporting daily living tasks and community engagement
* Acting as a key worker and advocate for residents
* Collaborating with families and professionals
* Promoting a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment
What You'll Need
* Experience supporting vulnerable adults
* Level 1 Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)
* Basic IT and communication skills
* Flexibility to work varied shifts
* Compassion, empathy, and a team-oriented mindset
