We are Hiring: Project Manager – Tackling Poverty & Fuel Insecurity

As our new Project Manager, you’ll lead projects that support households, strengthen partnerships, and influence change across Teesside. From fuel vouchers to warm homes initiatives, you will be at the heart of our mission to create healthier, greener, and fairer futures.

What We’re Looking For
* A recognised Level 3 qualification in Energy Awareness (or equivalent).
* Experience delivering energy efficiency programmes and advice.
* Strong project management and funding experience.
* The ability to build partnerships and support vulnerable communities.
* Bonus: Project management or leadership qualifications, and knowledge of sustainability.
Details
Location: Hybrid (Middlesbrough-based)
Contract: 2 years, full time (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: £29,000 – £32,000 (depending on experience)
