What the role looks like as an Inclusion Assistant
You’ll support pupils who need small adjustments or extra reassurance, whether that’s during classwork, transitions or social times.
Responsibilities
* Helping pupils access learning in class
* Offering encouragement during tasks
* Supporting SEND strategies and adjustments
* Providing feedback to teachers and SENCO

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
