* Scheduling interviews and managing CRM data accurately.
* Supporting client communications and coordinating feedback.
* Building lasting relationships with candidates to create a reliable talent pipeline.
* Staying informed on market trends and sharing insights with the team.
* Developing skills in business development and account management through shadowing, training, and hands-on experience.
Ideal profile:
* Degree-level education, strong A-Levels, or a background in B2B/B2C sales or telesales.
* Motivated, resilient, and eager to learn and succeed.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Highly organised with sharp attention to detail and multitasking ability.
* Proactive mindset and team-oriented attitude.
