We’re seeking a Key Account Manager to help grow our service portfolio, converting completed installations into long-term maintenance contracts and developing new business opportunities. This is a fantastic chance to work with a respected brand known for technical excellence and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
* Transition completed projects into ongoing service agreements
* Identify and secure new business with facilities management firms
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
* Deliver persuasive presentations and close service contracts
* Provide consistent client support and ensure satisfaction
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Qualifications
* Proven experience in sales and account management
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and technical understanding
* Proficiency with CRM systems and a proactive, self-starting attitude
* A collaborative mindset with emotional intelligence and drive
