Job Description Head of Commercial Insurance Location: Primarily based in the South Yorkshire office, with occasional travel to the Derby office as needed. Salary: £60,000 – £75,000 (DOE) Car allowance: £350/month Bonus potential: OTE up to £90,000 Overview: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced professional to lead a growing Commercial Insurance division. This diverse and dynamic role involves overseeing a team of Broking staff and Business Development Managers, managing key insurer relationships, and supporting the handling of larger portfolio clients. Over the past four years, the business has experienced 100% growth in premium income, and the ambition is to achieve the same trajectory over the next five years — with the right leadership in place. This is a senior leadership position reporting directly to the Group CEO. For the right candidate, there is a clear path toward becoming a director within the wider business group.
