Your Role You Will:
Support children aged 45 in their early social, emotional, and academic development.
Lead small-group activities and assist with whole-class learning.
Bring creativity to play-based learningarts, messy play, stories, outdoor activities.
Support phonics sessions and early literacy.
Build warm and positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
Be a calm, reassuring presence in the classroom.
What Were Looking For: Experience working with Early Years.
A nurturing, patient and enthusiastic personality.
Strong communication skills and confidence supporting young learners.
Proactive, reliable, and happy to get involved in practical classroom life.
