* Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM (one day per week until 4:00 PM)
* Friday: 7:30 AM - 2:30 PM

About the Role:
We are currently seeking a reliable and proactive Janitor/Groundskeeper to join our team based in Dunblane. This is a hands-on, varied role that involves maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and general upkeep of the building and surrounding grounds.
Key Responsibilities:
* General janitorial duties, including cleaning, waste disposal, and restocking supplies
* Daily inspection and maintenance of the building and facilities
* Groundskeeping tasks such as litter picking, light landscaping, and seasonal outdoor maintenance
* Basic repairs and DIY tasks
* Ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for staff and visitors
* Supporting with room setups and minor logistical tasks as required
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar janitorial or groundskeeping role preferred
* Good practical skills with a proactive and can-do attitude
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong awareness of health and safety practices
* Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
