Responsibilities: Here's what your journey with us entails:
Oversee daily operations of the engineering department, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Manage and train engineering staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
Coordinate and allocate resources such as manpower, materials, and equipment to maximise efficiency.
Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure engineering outputs meet industry standards.
Facilitate collaboration between engineering teams and other departments to align project objectives.
Mentor junior engineers and technical staff, fostering professional growth.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies or engineering methods to improve operations.
Lead investigations into technical failures and devise corrective actions.
Maintain accurate records of project progress and staff performance.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures.
Report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager.
Complete safety training and certifications.
