Role overview

Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and ensuring they receive the best experience.
* Drive and exceed sales targets by utilizing in‑store devices, offering the full product range, and maximizing opportunities for add‑on sales.
* Maintain high visual and merchandising standards by keeping the shop floor clean, well‑stocked, and displays organised according to brand guidelines.
* Support overall store operations by assisting other departments as needed, representing the company professionally, and adhering to safety guidelines.
* Process sales transactions, including cash handling and card payments accurately.
* Upsell and cross‑sell products to maximise sales opportunities and maintain stock levels.
* Address and resolve customer queries in a professional manner.
* Work closely with other sales assistants and team members to achieve store targets.
* Contribute to achieving or exceeding the store’s monthly sales target and key performance indicators including units, conversion, ATV, UPT and upselling targets.
* Maintain a high Net Promoter Score.
* Ensure all stock on the shop floor is fully replenished.
