How we make the difference in Regulatory and Risk
Our Regulatory & Risk Advisory Graduate programme is designed to give you the experience and core consulting skills you need to start your career strong. You'll develop your commercial understanding and business acumen to deliver immediate value to our clients.
The work is interesting, varied, and high-profile. In today’s complex economic climate, clients and Regulators are increasingly focused on risk and regulatory issues.
Areas of work include:
* Modelling and Model Risk Management: Model risk involves potential adverse outcomes from errors in business and financial models and their use. You will work with clients on model development, validation, governance, and learn coding languages supporting climate and credit risk modelling.
* Financial Risk and Resilience: Support clients in prudential regulation, ESG, and insurance risks through assurance, deal support, and strategic optimization.
* Wholesale: Assist wholesale clients in tackling challenges like conduct risk, risk transformation, internal controls, and non-financial reporting regulation.
* Retail: Focus on retail clients, engaging in conduct and consumer protection, operational resilience, and CASS, working with asset managers, insurers, and banks.
Growth and Development
Our three-year programme allows you to build experience and expertise in risk management across the financial sector, aligned with our 'learn for a lifetime' philosophy. You will work towards the Financial Risk Manager (FRM) certification with support from our learning community.
Teams you might join
You will work across teams advising on regulatory compliance and integrating sustainability into risk management to benefit society and the environment. You’ll help develop tailored solutions to complex business problems, making a meaningful impact.
