Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our existing Customer Accounts team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of customer accounts while ensuring a high level of service to both the customer, as well as internal stakeholders. This role requires an eye for detail, desire for getting a job finished and the ability to take the lead on specific tasks. You will be a key point of contact for queries related to payments, billing & other account related issues. Always with the customer at the heart of what you do, you will provide an excellent customer experience working creatively to resolve issues and improve processes.
Responsibilities
* Help customer facing agents with any queries related to a customer account.
* Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive experience.
* Process transactions, maintain accurate records, ensuring key tasks are completed in a timely manner.
* Support billing and account management activities, including payment uploads, allocation of payments to invoices, and addressing missing payment queries.
* Handle account adjustments such as credits, returns, and refunds, ensuring they are accurately reflected.
* Generate and issue return labels, action product returns, and update accounts accordingly.
* Conduct credit reviews & action orders.
* Account maintenance, ensuring they are up-to-date, accurate, and fully reconciled.
* Respond to inquiries from internal teams and external stakeholders regarding account-related matters.
* Continuously seek to improve processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

* Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
* A result orientated mindset, with the ability to work under pressure.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
* A passion for providing exceptional customer experience.
* Previous experience of administrative tasks.
* Knowledge of SAP & Excel is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
