£30,900 p.a. plus company van. ·
The area:
You will look after around 50 sites in Brighton, Bognor Regis and Littlehampton. You will be hybrid working, spending your time between visiting your sites as well as working from home. As our Area Cleaning Manager in Brighton, Bognor Regis and Littlehampton, you will make sure the cleaning operations on your sites run smoothly and to budget. Your area will consist of council offices, community hubs and other local authority sites, located in Brighton, Bognor Regis and Littlehampton. You will be responsible for looking after your team of cleaners across a range of sites. Depending on the set up of the site there will be a team of between 1 and 15 cleaning colleagues and a site supervisor. Your role will be to ensure that your team has all the skills and tools they need to thrive in their job to provide clean, hygienic and safe environments for the building users. This includes recruiting, onboarding, and training your team as well as looking after their motivation, wellbeing, and performance. You will also be responsible for ordering the stock for each site, carrying out regular site audits and completing timesheets to make sure everyone is paid correctly every month. You will report into the Contract Manager for the area. Why should you work for Nviro?
