Reed Further Education are seeking a passionate and experienced Lecturer to drive excellence across a thriving Health & Social Care and Access to HE provision. In this strategic role, you will lead the development, delivery, and quality assurance of a diverse curriculum offer, including:
 * Health & Social Care qualifications at Levels 2 and 3
 * T‑Level in Health
 * Access to HE programmes
You will work closely with our NHS partners to lead a prestigious T‑Level group, ensuring students gain the skills and experience needed to succeed in the sector.
What we’re looking for:
 * A dynamic and self‑motivated leader with a strong background in Health & Social Care education and clinical practice
 * Proven experience in teaching and curriculum development
 * A collaborative approach and the ability to inspire and lead a team
 * A commitment to maintaining high standards and driving continuous improvement
Requirements:
 * Teaching Qualification at Level 5
 * Assessors Award (desirable)
 * A clinical vocational background
All candidates who register with Reed Further Education will have 2 years’ referencing taken up and will be required to have a DBS check completed. All offers are conditional upon satisfactory background checks.
