Offer description

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Project Support Officer to join our Transformation team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support across the full project lifecycle, supporting the Project Management Office and assigned projects. You will work closely with project managers to help ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with the standards set out in the Project Management Framework.

Key responsibilities include supporting the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, coordinating meetings, and contributing to accurate and timely reporting. The role will lead project health checks and facilitate lessons learned activities. You will also manage project risks and issues in line with established governance arrangements, while promoting best practice and continuous improvement.


About you:

You will have experience in a project team or support role, with knowledge of administrative processes, project management, and information analysis. You will bring a basic understanding of project principles and frameworks, experience supporting project planning and delivery, a commitment to continuous improvement, strong communication skills, and a highly organised, methodical approach to building effective stakeholder relationships.
