We're currently recruiting for a
Senior Electrical Design Engineer
to join a growing engineering team delivering advanced, mission-critical solutions within the defence and aerospace sector. This is a hybrid role offering excellent flexibility, career progression, and the opportunity to work on cutting-edge engineering programmes.
The Role
As a Senior Electrical Design Engineer, you'll take ownership of electrical design activities across the full product lifecycle, from concept and requirements through to validation and release. You'll also provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to the successful delivery of complex engineering systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead full lifecycle electrical design activities
* Design and develop analogue and digital circuits
* Produce technical documentation, schematics, and specifications
* Support design reviews, verification, and validation
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship
* Ensure compliance with engineering standards and processes
Salary & Benefits
* £49,000 - £68,000 salary
* Annual bonus
* Hybrid working (2-3 days onsite in Greenford or Weymouth)
* Optional 9-day fortnight

* 1pm finish on Fridays

Requirements
* Strong experience in analogue and digital design
* Experience delivering designs across the full product lifecycle
* Experience in defence, aerospace, or regulated industries desirable
* Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (or similar)
