Salary: Grade 4 SCP 6 8 (£23,290.14 - £24,038.43)
Contract: 32.5 hours per week, term time plus 5 days, permanent
Start Date: November 2025

The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and organised Pastoral Admin Officer to provide vital administrative support to our pastoral team. This is a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our pastoral systems and helping to maintain our strong culture of care and inclusion.
You will:
* Provide administrative support across the pastoral and safeguarding teams.
* Liaise with parents, staff and external agencies, ensuring excellent communication and confidentiality.
* Manage exclusion and safeguarding documentation, SEND reviews and CYPS referrals.
* Support the coordination of admissions, student welfare and pastoral communications.
* Help ensure our students feel supported, safe and valued every day.
Experience in a school or similar environment would be an advantage, but it’s your attitude, commitment and attention to detail that will make you stand out.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has strong administrative and IT skills (experience with SIMS/CPOMS is an advantage).
* Can communicate sensitively and effectively with staff, students and families.
* Thrives in a busy environment and enjoys being part of a supportive team.
* Understands the importance of confidentiality and safeguarding.
* Is flexible, proactive and passionate about helping students succeed.
