Your responsibilities as Production Operative
Monitor product quality across the production line to maintain standards
Support press operators to keep production running efficiently
Carry out inspections, audits and quality checks
Ensure products are completed accurately within agreed timescales
Assist with the movement of materials and finished goods
Maintain a clean and organised working area to support smooth operations
What we're looking for in a Production Operative
Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment
Strong attention to detail when handling products or processes
Understanding of quality control or inspection processes
Ability to follow processes and work to set production targets
Good communication skills within a production setting
Working hours
Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Friday: 8:00am – 1:00pm
