Realise are recruiting for qualified Early Years Trainer Assessors, covering learners in the Coventry region.
As a Trainer, your focus will be to support learners to reach their goals through their Early Years Level 2, 3 or 5 apprenticeships or ASF short courses. As the first point of contact for your learners you will provide the support they need to flourish through their learning journey with Realise.
Responsibilities
* Supporting a caseload of 45 learners across your region, face to face and remotely
* Delivering a range of award-winning qualifications
* Creating appropriate solutions for your learners to ensure that they have the best experience possible and develop their interests and career
* Utilising our e-portfolio system to effectively manage the learner journey
The Salary
* Trainee with no teaching or assessing qualifications - £27,500
* Qualified Trainer and can deliver Level 3 - up to £29,000
* Qualified Trainer and can deliver Level 5 - up to £30,000
* You can also earn up to £160 bonus for each learner you refer

About You
* A Level 3 qualification in Early Years, or equivalent is essential
* Significant occupational competency in an Early Years setting
* An assessing qualification (e.g., TAQA/A1/D32/33, CAVA) would be advantageous
* A teaching qualification (e.g., AET, PTLLS) would be advantageous
* Experience in building and managing your own caseload
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* IT competent with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
