This is a pivotal standalone role that blends people leadership with legal and compliance oversight, supporting the business as it scales. You’ll be responsible for building and managing core HR functions, driving cultural initiatives, and ensuring legal and regulatory compliance across the organisation. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll help shape the foundations of a high-performing, values-driven company.
