About The Role
We are seeking a Director, Sales Solutions EMEA to serve as a strategic overlay to our agency sales teams. This role will specialize in driving revenue through programmatic, commercializing agency and client technology integrations and customized audience-driven media planning, bridging technical solutions, and sales execution.
The Director will lead a team of Sales Solutions domain experts ensuring alignment with sales objectives and technical innovation and seamless collaboration between data-driven insights and sales strategy.
The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of data collaboration technologies, privacy-compliant audience activation, and media strategy, enabling them to drive revenue growth through innovative, data-driven advertising solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
* Lead and mentor a team of Sales Solutions experts, ensuring alignment with sales objectives.
* Develop team capabilities around technical sales enablement, agency integrations, data-driven audience planning and clean room integrations.
* Foster a collaborative environment between sales, product, and data teams to enhance go-to-market strategies.
* Partner with cross functional teams across product, marketing and measurement to influence product roadmap priorities based on local market demand.
Programmatic Strategy & Technology Integrations
* Serve as the subject matter expert on data agency technology, programmatic buying, and clean rooms, guiding internal teams and clients on implementation and best practices.
* Collaborate with product, data science, and engineering teams to design scalable and privacy-compliant data integrations.
Sales Enablement & Client Consultation
* Act as a strategic consultant to sales teams, translating complex data and technology capabilities into actionable media solutions.
* Partner with commercial leads to develop and present data-driven proposals that enhance audience targeting and campaign performance.
* Work closely with external partners, including agencies, advertisers, and technology vendors, to unlock new revenue opportunities.
Thought Leadership
* Stay ahead of industry trends in data privacy, identity resolution, and programmatic media to advise internal teams and clients.
* Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and speaking engagements to reinforce our thought leadership in data-driven advertising.
Minimum Qualifications
* At least 15 years of experience in digital media, ad tech, data strategy, or related fields.
* Familiarity with industry regulations and privacy-first approaches to audience targeting.
* Familiarity with European markets and local regulation is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of data clean rooms (e.g., AWS Clean Rooms, Snowflake, Google PAIR, LiveRamp, Habu, InfoSum, etc.) and their role in advertising.
* Experience working with audience segmentation, media planning, and programmatic buying.
* Ability to bridge technical and commercial teams, translating complex solutions into business outcomes.
* Proven leadership experience in managing teams across technical sales functions.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
Preferred
* Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools (not mandatory but a plus).
* Knowledge of CDPs, DMPs, or identity resolution platforms.
