Role Overview
This exciting role involves managing and nurturing existing accounts while also identifying new business opportunities. The breakdown of the role is as follows:
* 80% Account Management
* 20% Business Development
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
* Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to implement effective strategies.
* Engage with decision-makers at various levels to provide consultative sales support.
* Build long-term client relationships based on trust and reliability.
* Demonstrate product offerings using an iPad, showcasing how they fit within client stores.
* Cross-sell effectively to maximise account potential.
Required Qualifications
* Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the FMCG sector.
* Proven track record in account management and relationship building.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
* Ability to work independently while managing your own diary.
* Experience engaging with diverse stakeholders.

Location:
Field Based - primarily in the North West.
The Right Fit
* We are seeking someone who is not only skilled but also personable and relatable. You will be working with a core list of big name clients, including Lidl, so building those relationships is crucial. We want someone who can engage retailers and make them feel valued, encouraging them to spend time with you rather than retreating.
Training and Development
* Training will take place in Belfast, followed by a job shadow experience. You'll also have the opportunity to develop into a Territory Manager and potentially a Regional Manager based on your skills and capabilities.
