Senior HR Business Partner
London - 3 days a week in office
Up to £120,000 base plus bonus and benefits
We have been retained by one of the market’s most admired SME financial services institutions to recruit a Senior HR Business Partner, based in London. As Senior HR Business Partner, you will parter with the Technology function, working closely with the Management Team and Senior Leaders to align the people strategy with departmental priorities. You’ll influence at the highest levels, shape organisational transformation, and help build a future-ready workforce.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with CTO to develop and execute people strategies that drive business objectives, providing expert support across the full colleague lifecycle
* Build trusted relationships and resolve key people issues with sound judgement
* Coach leaders through change and transformation, including digital and AI-driven initiatives
* Embed a culture of engagement, recognition, and high performance
* Provide robust ER and case management support while coaching managers for consistency
* Champion data-driven decision-making and promote enhanced data literacy
* Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and streamline HR processes
* Shape the organisation’s evolution toward a skills-based model
Preferred Experience
We are seeking HR Business Partnering experience supporting a technology client group, ideally within a financial services environment. Strong ER, OD, and transformation experience are essential, alongside well-formed views on high-performance cultures, skills-based organisations, and the future of work.
You’ll be joining a small, extremely capable HR function - a team team where debate, thoughtful challenge, and evidence-based decision-making are the norm.
