Job Description
All employees must follow company policies and procedures outlined in the staff handbook and policies manual.
The role of the care worker is to support customers to live safely, securely, and comfortably at home. Responsibilities include providing personal care, assisting with household tasks, medication, and communicating effectively with customers and healthcare professionals. Care workers are often the only daily contact for customers and must report relevant information to supervisors.
Care workers must be compassionate, professional, and honest. They are responsible for their equipment and must be able to travel between locations. Training is comprehensive, including initial and ongoing development, and all staff must pass a criminal record check.
