Job Description
* Provide 1:1 support for a pupil with SEN needs, ensuring they can access the curriculum.
* Assist with classroom activities, behaviour management, and personal development.
* Work collaboratively with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored strategies.
* Monitor progress and provide feedback to staff and parents.
Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience supporting children with SEN (e.g., Autism, ADHD, Speech & Language difficulties).
* Patient, empathetic, and able to build strong relationships.
* Flexible and proactive approach to learning support.
* Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 TA or equivalent) are desirable but not essential.
