We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven German-speaking Sales Executive to join our growing fashion and textiles business. In this role, you will take full ownership of the German market and the broader DACH region, developing and managing key accounts while proactively generating new business opportunities. You will be responsible for conducting sales calls, virtual meetings, and client presentations entirely in German, negotiating terms, closing deals, and consistently hitting revenue targets. Working closely with internal teams, you will build long-term strategic partnerships with retailers and distributors, ensuring seamless order fulfilment and customer satisfaction. This is a high-impact position that offers genuine autonomy, clear earning potential, and the opportunity to establish yourself as a market leader in an international territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and develop German-speaking accounts, maintaining and expanding existing client relationships
Proactively generate new business within Germany and surrounding regions through targeted prospecting and outreach
Conduct sales calls, virtual meetings, and in-person client presentations entirely in German
Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and commercial agreements with retailers and distributors
Close deals and consistently achieve or exceed individual revenue targets
Build and nurture long-term strategic partnerships with key accounts across the DACH region
Collaborate with internal teams including logistics, operations, and customer service to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, pipeline activity, and sales forecasts
Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the German fashion and textiles sector
Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates who combine commercial acumen with genuine confidence in building client relationships. You are fluent in German (both spoken and written) and bring proven sales experience, ideally within the fashion, textiles, or related retail sectors. You are target-driven with a clear understanding of commercial dynamics, and you excel at negotiating and closing deals. Above all, you are a confident communicator who builds rapport quickly and naturally, turning prospects into long-term partners. You are based within commuting distance of Northwest London and are ready to take ownership of a thriving international market.
Experience & Expertise Required:
Fluency in German (spoken and written) essential
Proven experience in a sales role, with fashion, textiles, or retail sector experience highly advantageous
Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals successfully
Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals
Strong understanding of commercial principles and pricing dynamics
Experience managing accounts and building client relationships
