Our leading in-house client is seeking an Occupational Health Advisor to join their friendly and supportive multi-disciplinary, award-winning Occupational Health team in Hertfordshire. The position is available on a full or part-time, permanent basis, with a hybrid working model.
The successful candidate will handle the full OH remit, including:
1. Case Management (4 cases per day)
2. Return to work assessments
3. Health Surveillance
4. Sickness Absence management
5. Fitness for work evaluations
Required Skills:
* Nurse with a valid NMC registration
* Occupational Health diploma or degree (preferable)
* Experience in Occupational Health Nursing/Advisory roles, including case management
* Management experience
