Responsibilities
* Welcoming all guests to the restaurant in a friendly, polite manner.
* With training, have full and complete knowledge of all food/beverage and menus enabling you to help with any guest queries.
* Present menus, take orders, and serve food and beverage professionally and efficiently ensuring our guests have everything they need.
* Cleaning and resetting tables and keeping all areas of the restaurant neat and tidy.
* Using the restaurant till systems to place orders.
* Carrying out daily duties as required by the restaurant management team.
* Directing any guest complaints to the Restaurant Manager.
* Ensuring that your knowledge of the Resort and facilities is up to date in order to upsell to guests if the opportunity arises.
* Making sure your uniform is in line with the required Resort standards at all times.
* Observe all Company and Statutory Fire, Health, Safety, and Hygiene Regulations.
* Attend any training that has been set up to aid your personal development.
Skills and Qualifications
* Have a passion for the hospitality industry, great food, and great service.
* Have a least 1 year of previous waiting experience.
* Be an excellent team player.
* Have a flexible approach to working shift patterns and be available to work weekends.
* Have strong communication skills and be able to multi-task.
* Barista trained
Further Information
Shifts vary, Monday - Sunday, breakfast morning shifts; for example 9am-2pm.
