Qualifications & Experience:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Degree in Health and Social Care, Nursing, Social Work, or a related field.
* Experience teaching Health and Social Care at BTEC Level 2 and 3 (ECTs welcome to apply with relevant sector knowledge or placement experience).
* A strong understanding of the Health and Social Care sector and the skills required for employment.
* A commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
