We're seeking a Senior Health & Safety Consultant & Manager to join a growing, dynamic consultancy delivering top-tier H&S services to a diverse range of clients. In this role, you'll combine your technical expertise with leadership skills to manage a team of consultants while providing outstanding health and safety guidance to clients across various industries. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Management Lead, mentor, and manage a team of consultants, overseeing workloads, diaries, appraisals, absences, and disciplinary matters. Ensure smooth operational management, including holiday requests and team reporting. Client-Facing Consultancy Deliver high-level H&S consultancy, audits, and compliance support to clients. Advise clients on regulatory requirements, industry-specific health and safety issues, and best practices. Provide CDM support, coordinating duties for all relevant stakeholders. Develop, implement, and maintain bespoke safety management systems for clients. Conduct audits and produce clear, actionable reports, ensuring recommendations are implemented effectively. Deliver engaging health and safety training, workshops, and awareness sessions tailored to client needs. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in health and safety consultancy and management. Strong leadership and team management skills. In-depth knowledge of CDM regulations and other relevant legislation. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
