Overview The Hygiene Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring that all hygiene standards are met and maintained within the organisation. This position is responsible for overseeing hygiene practices, implementing policies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of hygiene protocols, as well as hands-on experience. The Hours for this role are 10pm to 6am previous experience is a must ! Duties Implement, and maintain hygiene policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant health regulations. Conduct regular audits of hygiene practices across the organisation to identify areas for improvement. Train staff on proper hygiene practices, including the use of tools and related equipment. Collaborate with other departments to promote a culture of cleanliness and safety within the workplace. Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring that all necessary items are readily available. Carry out hygiene audits, training sessions, and compliance checks for management review. Qualifications Proven experience in a hygiene management role. Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations related to hygiene practices. Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively train staff and report findings. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
