Family Support Practitioner — Early Intervention (Omagh & Fermanagh)
Salary: £14.00 per hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (with occasional evening/weekend work depending on families’ needs)
Base: Omagh (travel across Omagh & Fermanagh)
Contract: Ongoing agency assignment
Start: ASAP
Driving: Must have access to a car with business insurance
Make a real difference. Join our client’s Early Intervention Family Support Service, supporting children (0–17) and their families through home-based support and community outreach across Omagh and Fermanagh.
What you’ll do
* Provide one-to-one family support and facilitate group programmes.
* Complete needs assessments and create tailored support plans.
* Work in partnership with schools, social services and community agencies.
* Keep accurate records and contribute to multi-agency reviews.
* Be an active, supportive member of a passionate team.
* Flexibility to support families outside normal hours when required.
What we’re looking for
* NVQ Level 3 (Health & Social Care, Early Years, Youth Work or similar).
* Proven experience supporting children and families in the home.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* A caring, proactive approach with strong safeguarding awareness.
* Full driving licence, own car and business insurance (essential).
