Key Responsibilities
* Prepare comprehensive technical drawings, specifications, and complete construction documentation.
* Support design development, ensuring designs are practical, buildable, and compliant with regulations.
* Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery and maintain high standards.
* Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies as required.
* Conduct site surveys and attend site visits or inspections when needed.
* Stay up to date with building regulations, industry trends, and best practices.
Key Requirements
* Proven experience as an Architectural Technician.
* Degree or relevant qualification in Architectural Technology or a related field.
* Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
* Strong knowledge of UK building regulations, construction techniques, and detailing.
* Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.
* Detail‑focused, proactive, and solution‑oriented approach.
