Interim Project Manager - TMS Implementation

We're seeking an experienced Interim Project Manager to lead the end to end delivery of a Transport Management System (TMS), including pilot and multi-depot rollout. This is a hands-on delivery role with full accountability for planning, governance, vendor management, go-live, and operational adoption.
The role will operate within a robust governance framework, leading SteerCo reporting, maintaining clear delivery controls, and documenting the full project journey from mobilisation through pilot, rollout, and transition to BAU/hypercare.
Key requirements:
Proven delivery of TMS implementations in logistics or transport environments
Strong governance, stage-gate control, and executive-level reporting
Experience documenting delivery plans, decisions, risks, and outcomes
End-to-end ownership of complex, business-critical system rollouts
3rd-party vendor and system integrator management
Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery experience
Formal PM qualification (or equivalent experience)Desirable:
IFS/WMS integrations, transport operations background, pilot-to-scale delivery experience.
Immediate start preferred.
