About The Role
We are seeking an ambitious Principal Consultant to join our Technology division — driving business growth across key verticals such as software, cloud, data, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and infrastructure.
This is a 360 recruitment role, combining strategic business development with hands-on delivery. You’ll partner with senior decision-makers across innovative technology companies, shaping their talent strategies and building high-performing teams.
If you have a proven track record of consistent billings, exceptional client engagement, and a passion for technology markets, this role offers both autonomy and career acceleration within a high-performing international environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across technology disciplines — from client acquisition to candidate placement.
* Build and maintain long-term partnerships with clients, acting as a trusted recruitment advisor.
* Drive business development, identifying new opportunities, expanding accounts, and securing retained projects.
* Source and engage top-tier technical and leadership talent through advanced search, headhunting, and networking strategies.
* Provide market intelligence, including salary benchmarking and hiring insights.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality candidate and client experiences.
* Mentor and support junior consultants, fostering a high-performance culture.
* Consistently meet and exceed revenue, activity, and quality KPIs.
Required Skillsets
* Proven track record of consistent billings and client development success within technology recruitment.
* Strong knowledge of the technology market, including key trends and talent drivers.
* Skilled in 360 recruitment delivery, business development, and stakeholder management.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Entrepreneurial, results-oriented mindset with the ability to operate independently.
* Prior experience in a senior or principal consultant role within tech or digital recruitment.
